Steve Farfsing

President, CEO

Steve Farfsing is co-founder and managing partner of RevenueStream Consulting. Since the mid ‘90’s, Steve has been engaged in all aspects of direct outreach to prospects and clients for many top U.S. companies, including Symantec, Jack Henry, HP, LexisNexis, and PWC. Today he is focused on helping small to medium sized companies develop those same skill sets. Unlike most cold calling “experts” he has spent his time in the trenches learning, teaching, and doing - building outbound call centers and training thousands from the Philippines to Eastern Europe and throughout the Americas.

Throughout Steve’s diverse sales and marketing background; ad agency, exhibit house, consumer products marketing company, as well as his own marketing consultancy and  sales training for a nationally known sales training organization, there is one relentless drive, get results. It wasn’t until he became partner & general manager of a top national outsource call center that he realized the critical importance of separating out and mastering the art of the outbound direct communications often referred to as “prospecting” or “cold calling” and now the critical “customer success.” He is privileged to teach and impact so many companies and individuals.
