Twenty years ago we opened our first call center, fax machines and PBX phones were the tech of the day. Voicemail and caller ID were just getting becoming widespread. Since then a lot has changed except the need for leads.

We find them, qualify the business, see if there is a business need, and enlist the cooperation of the decision maker to meet and talk with you.
A chance to sell, isn’t that what we really want. Not “likes” or “hits” or “friends”, we want live people with a need and willingness.
